TEDDY BOOKENDS

To find a single Teddy Bear Bookend is rare. But to find a pair is even rarer, particularly if they are in good condition. These are both in excellent condition with no damage or restoration. Size is 6 inches high. The pattern on their bases is of a geometric design. As, I acquired them separately, it wasn't until later that it became apparent the geometric design could be initials ie "K&A" or "A&K".  In the 1930's it was possible for a customer to make bespoke orders for Clarice pottery. Possibly these were ordered by someone with those initialls. Then separated at birth and re-joined later in life? Both marked Wilkinsons Ltd England and one signed Clarice Cliff.
