What should I do before I buy?
It’s best to contact us before you buy, to check that the item is still for sale and to discuss shipping. How much is shipping?

Shipping in the UK is included in the price. For deliveries overseas, shipping is extra. The amount depends on the size of the item and which country it is going to. As a rough example an 8 inch plate will cost £25 to the USA.

 

Can I return the item?
Appreciating that buying antiques over the internet is slightly "odd", our Policy is that you may return any item for any reason whatsoever. So even if you just don’t fancy it, when you see it in the flesh, you can return it for a full refund. The responsibility and cost for return however rests with yourself. Also if payment is made via PayPal, a refund will be subject to their refund fees.

 

Are your items guaranteed?
YES. All our items are guaranteed to be as described and to be authentic Art Deco Clarice Cliff/Shelley/Susie Cooper pieces.

 

Can I see the item before I buy?
We are based in Kent near Maidstone. If you are in that area arrangements can be made for viewing.

 

How do I pay?
Once the total price is agreed you can pay by three methods.

Firstly, you can send a personal cheque in Sterling. (We will provide the address on request).

Secondly, you can pay with your Credit card via the PAYPAL system (even if you are not a PayPal member).

Thirdly, if you have internet banking, you can do a bank transfer (you will need our bank details).

 

How do I pay via PayPal?
When you click on the details of an item, you will see a button at the bottom to add the item to "your basket". Click this and you will then be given the option of paying by PayPal. Click on the PayPal icon and that will take you to a page to log into PayPal. If you are a member of PayPal, simply enter your PayPal password and the amount to be paid.


What if I am not a member of PayPal?
Follow all the instructions for paying by PayPal. But as opposed to entering a PayPal password, click on the part of the page that says "Don’t have a PayPal account. No problem continue checkout".
